Day 06

Peace That Guards the Heart

Read

Philippians 4:4–9

God’s peace isn’t merely the absence of anxiety.

It is His presence standing guard over our hearts.

Paul tells us to bring everything to God in prayer.

Everything.

Nothing is too small.

Nothing is too complicated.

Prayer doesn’t always immediately change circumstances.

But it changes us.

As we continually hand our concerns to God, His peace begins guarding our hearts and minds.

That peace allows us to keep walking faithfully even while answers are still unfolding.

  • What am I carrying that God is inviting me to surrender?
  • How can I practice gratitude today?
  • What truth do I need to meditate on?

Father,

Guard my heart with Your peace. Help me entrust every concern to You. Thank You for walking with me through every season.

Amen
